Using mixed-mode debugging on a managed unit test in Visual Studio 2013

I have a C# unit test which exercises CLI and native code. How can I start debugging the test with a native or mixed-mode debugger instead of managed?

Looking at the project settings, everything under Debug is disabled, so I can't check Enable Native Code Debugging.
