Is there a way to mock req.user using one of the mock Http libraries?

My code specifically addresses the req.user object using one of the mock Http libraries such as mockHttp.

Is there a way to do this, other than by directly assigning req.user = ...? It seems to me there should be some built-in functionality for this.
