Extract Response headers from IHttpResult in unit test - web api 2

I would like to extract a HTTP header from an IHttpResult response in a web api 2 call within a unit test.

From what i have read elsewhere this isn't the easiest thing to do apparently.

Does anyone have any good links/pointers/code snippets on how i would achieve this?
