nUnit UI like tool for Visual Stuido Unit Test Projects

How can I load VS unit tests in a UI environment and run them manually?

NUnit (http://www.nunit.org/) UI tool makes a great job by loading testingLibrary.dll and let us to run test manually without opening visual studio separately.

This tool seems like not loading unit test projects which is create by Visual Studio Test tools.

Is there any alternative on that?
