Do you know a service like httpbin.org but to validate FTP?

I'm currently looking to unit test the FTP part of an transport connection library: http://ift.tt/1IWbAkA

I've found that for HTTP, there is https://httpbin.org but I can't find something similar for FTP.

Is there service like that on the web ? Is there a way to mock a FTP server in PHP ?
