Which parts of Jasmine are most used during daily AngularJS testing

I am pretty new to Angular Unit testing, no experience of using it in real project, I wonder, as tester with hands-on experience, could anyone give me a brief info about which part of Jasmine are used most in daily test task?

For example, is SPY used a lot in test task or Angular already wrap it into its mock service(if it is, could anyone give some examples of usage scenario)? Right now, what I find intuitive and useful to me are inject/module from angular-mocks, beforeEach, done, so what else are frequently used in real test?
