ReportUnit.exe not working

I am working in Unit Testing project.

Nunit framework version 3.0.1 FinalBuilder 7

When running my unit testing project in Finalbuilder, I have run the ReportUnit.exe to generate html files from nunit xml file. While running nunit, I am getting "ReportUnit has stopped working" Exception.

What is the issue here ?? I am missing anything ??
