Unit Test on Animator - Unity3D

Basically, how would one go to test a class using Animator component?

I have tried using the IAnimatorControllerPlayable interface it implements but the issue is that all values are set to default and are for most only getters. So I basically have little way to adjust them to my need and test if all goes fine.

Does anyone have a work around?
