Re-sharper not working with Chutzpah

sharper to work with Chutzpah:

Everything works fine using the Visual Studio Test Runner. I just can't get the Re-sharper runner to work. It just doesn't recognize Chutzpah is being used!

I followed the instructions to setup a custom test harness: http://ift.tt/2ca2JFC

And it's not rendering the special @@variables@@... you can see this at the top of the above output in the error.

Anyways, I have spent quite a few hours getting this to not work! and thought someone might know the obvious, which I'm missing.
