CUDA Unit Testing Framework

Is there a valuable Unit Testing framework for CUDA ? specifically CUDA 7.5 under Linux ?

I know that one can always compare each kernel code with the host counterpart but I am asking if there were up-and-running or even initial projects for that purpose.
