Does nose2 have the ability to set a timeout for each test?

Nose has --process-timeout, which specifies a timeout if a tests doesn't return in a specified time.

Is there a way to do this in nose2?

I'm running tests that have a tendency to hang, so a timeout is the only way to run the whole test suite.
