asp.net mvc unit testing issue while using dbcontext and session in controller actions

I'm using asp.net mvc with Entity framework database first I have used dbcontext and session in my application when ever I try to do unit test of my action it's failed and show null reference and some dbcontext issue. I'm using session and some parameters to get data from database. Please help.
