What's the best Unit Test tool for Android? Is there an equivalent to XCTest for Android?

I have experience writing unit tests in iOS with xcTest. Is there an equivalent class structure and/or technique that is the standard for unit tests in Android. Yes I have gone to the dark side and I am developing in Android now. :)
