Can't access datatable class and other controls in test class

Hi all i'm trying to run some test classes on my methods some of them take data tables as parameters and some take other controls i.e textboxes the issue that i'm having is that i can't seem to access any of them in my test class or even the System.Data class to create a datatable i was wondering if you'd be able to offer some help on this issue
