Expression Encoder crashing when used from a Unit Test Project

I am using Microsoft Expression Encoder in my WPF based multimedia project, When I try to test my API which internally use EE, Unit Test Project is not able to resolve all the dependencies and EE crash saying "Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Expression.Encoder.Types'". I am running test from "bin/Debug" folder and I have copied all required dlls(that are being used by main app, where its working fine) into "bin/Debug" folder. I also made sure the config is same for Unit Test Project. What could be causing EE to crash? Running in application mode its able to pick correct files from Debug, while in Unit test mode it can't?

If anyone has faced this problem previously, please suggest if there is a fix or work around for this?
