Setting up Istanbul Coverage Thresholds on a per directory basis

Just wondering if this is possible. Currently I can setup minimum coverage thresholds for all my specs inside the /src dir, but I was wondering if I can setup thresholds on a per directory basis, for example, different minimum thresholds on /src/app, /src/components or /src/shared.

Is this possible out of the box with Istanbul ?
