JUnit test fails with maven 3 / surefire when running many tests

I have a project with many JUnit tests. These tests are executed using the maven-surefire plugin. If I run the tests with maven 2 all tests pass. If I run the tests with maven 3 one tests failes (it's always the same test)

But if I run this test in eclipse it passes. If I use maven 3 and only run this single test it passes as well.
