Can't Found .testsetting file in my project?

I am trying to execute my testcases parallely for that i need .testsetting file to set parallel execution count.

but there is not file with this kind of extension in my project. Please help me to figure it out.

I am a beginner in unit testing.

Any help would be appreciated.
