I was quite surprised when I realise that most of the Telegram Bot libraries or wrappers for Ruby don't have tests at all. Some of them have webHook support.
I'm used to Ruby way which IMHO includes concept of tests coverage of your code.
So do you know any Ruby Telegram Bot library which is covered by tests (or spec) and supports webHook?
