C# wpf UnitTesting viewmodels

i'm trying to unittest my viewmodels in wpf application.I have command in viewmodel , which executes method containing confirmation dialog. I need to run all unittests , so each time opening these dialogs requares manual confirmation. The question is there any way i can programmatically know which method have confirmation dialog and programmatically click "Ok" or "Cancel" ?
