Unable to install Mockator on Eclipse CDT

I want to install Mockator (http://ift.tt/1caIm7u) on Eclipse CDT. When I am installing, I am getting error saying missing ch.hsr.ifs.cdt.compatibility.changes 8.6.0

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

I downloaded content from http://ift.tt/1KFkOTF to see if it can help fill the pre-requisite but I wasn't able to install. Would someone be able to help me install Mockator.
