All tests pass, Run all works in Test Explorer but Test Run aborted with vstest.console.exe

I have a bunch of tests, all of which pass, both singularly and when using "Run All" in test explorer (VS2013). Running Test->Debug->All Test give at the end a bunch of

The thread 0xSomething has exited with code 0

And a final

The program '[12440] vstest.executionengine.exe' has exited with code 0 (0x0).

But still, when running via console using vstest.console.exe all test passes, but an error pops after last test saying

The active Test Run was aborted because the execution process exited unexpectedly. Check the execution process logs for more information. If the logs are not enabled, then enable the logs and try again.

I need this to work because of integration with other tools, what can be the issue?
