activity test in android 5.0. permission manager activity failed my activity test

I run my Activity test in android 5.0 device. After installed the devices displayed an permission manage activity while my activity test is running. I quickly close the activity , however my first test failed with message "not find activity " For that , I must install my app first and then run the test , so the permission manage activity not display. It's troublesome.Is there a convenient way?
